Tempt-Me Truffles
Ingredients

5 ounces unsweetened chocolate,

8 ounces cream cheese (softened),

4 cups confectioner's sugar,

1 teaspoon vanilla,

1/2 cup chopped almonds and cocoa powder.
Directions
In a saucepan or double boiler, melt the chocolate over simmering water.
Remove from heat. Place cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and gradually
add confectioner's sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add chocolate
and vanilla, mixing together well. Place in refrigerator to chill for several
hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place almonds on an ungreased cookie
sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 4 - 5 minutes. Shape candy into 1-inch
balls. Roll some of the candy in toasted almonds, some in cocoa powder
and some in confectioner's sugar.
Chill in refrigerator before serving.
Store in refrigerator. Yield: Approx. 4 dozen truffles.
