I'm a Master Trainer, Now What?
Master Trainer Expectations
- Serve as Ambassadors for the Army Family Team Building Readiness
Training program by showing goodwill, being a team player, and
supporting your community.
- Represent Army Family Team Building in a positive manner at
all times.
- Assist in recruiting and training Instructors to teach Levels
I, II, and III and when required teach the Levels.
- Provide volunteer management and leadership, as appropriate.
- Serve as Army Family Team Building program Spokesperson according
to the needs of your community.
- Always work within protocol, respecting the Chain of Concern
and Chain of Command.
- Protect the integrity and "standardization" of the
Army Family Team Building program and its materials.
- Participate in the local Army Family Team building advisory
council when appropriate.
- Share your experience and expertise and any new materials
or information you receive.
- Use your local resources and agencies.
- Assist your local community in developing plans to involve
junior enlisted, junior officer and minority and foreign-born
spouses in Army Family Team Building classes.
- Respect each other and all components of the Total Army Family
- Active, US Army Reserve, Army National Guard, and DA Civilians.
- Look at Challenges as opportunities.
- Allow yourself to grow and "have fun."
