So I'm a Master Trainer, Now What?

Master Trainer Expectations



  1. Serve as Ambassadors for the Army Family Team Building Readiness Training program by showing goodwill, being a team player, and supporting your community.
  2. Represent Army Family Team Building in a positive manner at all times.
  3. Assist in recruiting and training Instructors to teach Levels I, II, and III and when required teach the Levels.
  4. Provide volunteer management and leadership, as appropriate.
  5. Serve as Army Family Team Building program Spokesperson according to the needs of your community.
  6. Always work within protocol, respecting the Chain of Concern and Chain of Command.
  7. Protect the integrity and "standardization" of the Army Family Team Building program and its materials.
  8. Participate in the local Army Family Team building advisory council when appropriate.
  9. Share your experience and expertise and any new materials or information you receive.
  10. Use your local resources and agencies.
  11. Assist your local community in developing plans to involve junior enlisted, junior officer and minority and foreign-born spouses in Army Family Team Building classes.
  12. Respect each other and all components of the Total Army Family - Active, US Army Reserve, Army National Guard, and DA Civilians.
  13. Look at Challenges as opportunities.
  14. Allow yourself to grow and "have fun."
