    Hello, welcome to the 1850 Owsley County, Kentucky Census Page!!  I hope you find an ancestor or two here!!  Special thanks goes out to Misty Flannigan for painstakingly transcribing and converting the Census into electronic format for us!!  If you've ever sat down in front of a microfilm reader, you know what a headache this can be!!  Thanks, Misty!!   Now, on to the census!!
