Bred and owned by Kyoko Sato of Japan, "George" finished his American Championship in quick order, taking two 3 point majors his first weekend out, two 5 point major reserves and a 5 point major at the prestigious San Antonio River City Cluster with an entry of up to 18 males, another 3 point major and a major reserve a few weeks later, and finished with another 5 point major. Very showy and sound, gathering many compliments from the judges along the way, "George" has now returned to Japan, where I was invited to show him at the Asian International Show there in April 1998. George is currently (November 1998) #2 Cavalier in Japan and half way to his International (FCI) championship.

In spite of his registered name, this lovely Cavalier boy, is called "Andy" and is lovingly owned by Atsuko Fukushima of Japan, and bred by Kyoko Sato of Winners White Lily Cavaliers. "Andy" began his American show career in December of 1997, getting his first 2 points and three reserves his first week out. Finishing his AKC championship on February 15, 1998, after only 10 shows total, Andy rapidly racked up the points, receiving two 3-point majors and two 4-point majors, including 2 Best of Breeds over a Champion at his last two shows. Andy returned to Japan in April 1998.
