SPRING SALAD

This is a family favorite. Great for those who have fresh leaf lettuce.

INGREDIENTS

2 hard boiled eggs

1 T. cream

Salt and pepper

1/2 to 1 c sour milk

Leaf lettuce

 

Wash, clean and cut enough lettuce for 1 meal. Slice eggs and pour in sour milk and cream. Mix lightly. Salt and pepper to taste.
