VERANIKA CASSEROLE

This is the next best thing to having veranika (the real thing). All the ingredients are in one dish. Great for covered dish events.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Bacon, ham, or sausage

10 oz. Pkg. Noodles (cooked)

1 chopped onion

1 c. sour cream

1 c. sweet cream

1 pt. Cottage cheese

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

 

Fry meat, then add onions and fry until onions are crisp. Add sour cream and sweet cream, noodles and cottage cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
