HI THERE.
I'm so glad you stopped by to visit my new and improved pages.
If you haven't been here before allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Shirley. First and foremost I am a Christian. The most important thing in my life is my relationship with my LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. My main goal in life is to bring Glory to GOD in all that I am and do. My desire is that all people everywhere would come to know him. If you would like to read my testimony and find out what Jesus can do for you click here

I am the wife of Glenn, the best guy on earth (he gave me the computer). I am also the mother of three great kids. Trisina(pronounced Tra-ce-na) 17, Michael 13, and Kenton 12.
Also living in our house is my husbands 77 year old father. Grandpa is not in the best of health so I am not able to get out of the house much. My hubby gave me my computer to give me something to do besides housework(yuck).

There are lots of different things that I enjoy doing. I love to eat but hate to cook so restraunts rate high on my list. I love animals so I live in the country where I can have lots. At present I have 4 dogs, 10 cats 2 birds(1 green-wing McCaw and 1 Rainbow Lorrie) and 3 pygmy goats. My favorite place to go is the zoo. I love to hike but refuse to camp.Sleeping with bugs and bears does not appeal to me.

I love to read. My favorite book is The WORD of GOD(the Bible) but I also enjoy anything from biographies to novels.
I am in the process of opening an Online Christian Used Book Store. (UPDATE--- I'm open for business. Come visit MY BOOKSTORE Great books at great prices.
I believe that life is one long learning process and I love to learn new things. I devote alot of time to studying GODS word as I feel we cannot love someone we don't know and this is the means he gave us to learn about him and come to know him.

I am a crafter. I love to make things. My favorite being Quilts. At any given time I have 3 or more quilts in process.

I love to talk. I could go on and on and I do tend to ramble so if you've gotten this far thanks for hanging in there.
And last but not least. I am a chronic note taker. I write notes for everything. From my daily list of chores and appointments to ideas for businesses and poetry. If it pops into my brain it usually gets written on a note pad. I have notebooks lying all around my house so I will always have one handy.
