This is a french recipe for pancakes. When I was little and my mom said how about pancakes, this is what she made.
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together until smooth batter. Should be thinnner then usual pancake batter. Adjust batter by adding more liquid or more dry ingredient. In a heated pan, pour some batter in, spreading it quickly to make a thin pancake. Cook a few minutes until top looks dry. Then turn over for a few minutes until a bit golden. Remove from pan and roll, if not going to be eaten right away.
Top with butter and maple syrup!.......Yummy!
Other toppings mom used to put on them are : brown sugar, cheese whiz, butter and jam. Use your imagination. Fresh fruit is good too.
