ChocoMallow Logs

1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. margarine
1 egg, beaten
3 cups fruit flavoured mini marshmallows
1 cup of chopped nuts
icing sugar

Melt chocolate and margarine over low heat. Remove from heat. Add egg, mixing well. Cool slightly. Combine marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over marshmallows and nuts, mixing well. Divide mixture in half. On waxed paper sprinkled with icing sugar, shape each half into rolls, approximately 8 inches long and 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Chill several hours. Slice to serve. Freezes well.
