My Favorite Ottawa Restaurants

Mealtime in Ottawa offers a broad variety of choices from the pork tenderloin sandwiches of Oogie's to the daily lunch specials of the Green Mill. These are the meals I grew up on, but now Ottawa boasts a pair of new restaurants capable of matching or bettering the national chain restaurants when it comes to steaks (Green Diamond) or prime rib (2 Rivers). Click on their names to see them, or better yet, stop by each for a fabulous meal. Then look below for Ottawa's other fine eateries.

Oogie's Restaurant, 1212 LaSalle Street, serves up the one of the best pork tenderloin sandwiches anywhere.

Green Mill, 100 West Madison Street, offers outstanding roast beef dinners.

The Court, 618 Court Street, has an excellent prime rib dinner.

Hardee's 2625 Columbus Street, does breakfast get any better than this?

Bee Hive Restaurant, 700 LaSalle Street, is the perfect coffee break spot.

Kroger's Grocery Store, 2701 Columbus Street, for those who want to cook for themselves.
