2 16 oz. loaves frozen bread dough
1 pkg. (3 1/4 to 4 oz) reg. butterscotch pudding
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 Tb. (1 stick) melted butter
Cut each loaf of thewed bread dough into 16 pieces and set aside. Combine pudding, nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix very well. Space half the pieces of dough unevenly in a well greased 9" x 13" or tube pan. Sprinkle half of the dry pudding mixture over the first layer. then drizzle half of the melted oleo on this layer, repeat with the remainder of the dough pieces, dry mixture, and melted butter. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove to a foil covered wire rack to cool them upside down.
