Chile Sauce For Hot Dogs

2 pounds hamburger, browned and crumbled
2 lg onions, diced
2 lg. green peppers, diced
1 tb. oregano
4 tb. chili powder
1 tb. celery salt
1 tb. garlic powder
1 tb. salt
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tb. Brown Sugar
2 tsp pepper
1- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes

Cook in dutch oven, covered for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
