Chop Suey With Pork

1 1/2 lbs. lean pork, cut into strips
1 tsp. salt (to taste)

Brown meat and 1 small chopped onion. (I cook the browned meat in my pressure cooker for 1 hr. at 10# pressure with the juice off of the canned vegies). Release pressure, and add 1 c. chopped celery (coarse), 1 med/large onion, sliced. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add 3 tb. corn starch dissolved in water.
Last add:
2-4 oz. cans mushroom stems and pieces
1 can sliced water chesnuts (drained)
1 sm can drained bean sprouts

Serve over cooked rice with soy sauce and chop suey fried noodles.
