Coconut Pecan Frosting

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Angel Hair Coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, and butter, add vanilla.
Cook over med heat, stirring until thick (about 12 min)
Remove from heat, add coconut and pecans and beat until cool.
