German Omelet

6 eggs
2 c. milk
3 slices white bread

Beat eggs and milk, break in bread, salt and pepper.

1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbs. parsley
8 oz. mild yellow cheese, grated
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 to 2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tb. oleo
1 small onion, diced
1 lb. pork sausage (I use Bob Evans)

Brown sausage and onion, add other ingredients.
Add grated cheese and mix.
Grease 9x13 pan. Pour into pan and leave in refrigerator at least 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is a full recipe! Yummy!
