Pickled Bologna

4 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
12 tsp. pickling spices

Bring this to a boil for a couple of minutes, then cool.
Cut three rings bologna in about one inch pieces. Put in a large jar, cover with vinegar and spices and water. Refrigerate for about 3 days. The longer it sets, the better it becomes. Enjoy!
