Pork Chops Supreme

6 lean center cut 3/4 inch thick pork chops(trim fat)
OR 6 tnederloin steaks (pork)
1 tsp. chicken boullion
2 TB. olive oil
3/4 c. Fry Magic
12 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. garlic pepper
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tb. oleo

Clean mushrooms, place in a sauce pan with 12 oz. can pet milk. Season with salt and pepper and oleo. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Dredge pork chops in first 3 dry ingredients on both sides. Place 2 tb. oleo in fry pan (large enough to hold 6 chops) on med heat. Brown on both sides. Place on rack in bottom of same fry pan. Add 3/4 c. water, cover and let simmer for 30 minutes, or until all of the water is absorbed. Pour mushrooms over chops. Let simmer for 5 minutes. (Makes 6 servings)
