POT LUCK BUCK

(This recipe doesn't give you exact amounts. Use as much or as little as you want, according to how many people you are cooking for.)

INGREDIENTS

1-1/2# venison or pork breakfast sausage
browned hash browns
1 can or jar green beans
shredded cheddar cheese
2 TB. flour
salt and pepper to taste
milk

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread out cooked hash browns in dish. Next layer drained green beans on top of the hashbrowns.

Crumble up and brown the sausage in a frying pan. Saving sausage drippings, drain sausage and layer it on top of the beans in casserole dish. Return drippings to the fry pan., Over medium high heat add the flour. Brown flour and saussage drippings well, stirring constantly. Stir in milk a little at a time until you have a nice gravy. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour gravy over top of the casserole. Bake at 350 until hot. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and continue baking until cheese melts.
