3/4 pound cooked shrimp
3 tb. chopped onion
3 tb. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash pepper
Cook onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour, add seasoning. Add milk gradually. Cook until thickened.
Add 3/4 c. cheese, and heat until cheese is completely melted. Stir in Shrimp and pour into casserole dish. Mix crumbs with butter and remaining cheese and add to top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
