Stroganoff

1# lean steak, cut in strips 1" x 3" long
2 c. mushrooms
1 tb. worchestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tb. oil

Brown meat in oil. Cover with 13 1/2 oz. beef broth made with onion soup mix and boullion. Allow to simmer until all liquid is consumed. Cover with sour cream (about 1 cup) and heat. DO NOT BOIL.
Serve over 1# of cooked egg noodles.
