1 1/2 lbs. lean pork
2 tb. oleo or oil
1 20 oz. can pineapple juice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tb. corn starch
1 tb. soy sauce
3/4 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
Cut meat into strips. Brown in oil and simmer until tender.
Cook sweet and sour mixture until clear and thickened. Add onions and green peppers last. Pour sweet and sour mixture over meat and serve over rice.
