EASY VENISON JERKY

Make sure the meat is lean and cut into 1/8 inch thick strips.
Marinade in 1 part liquid smoke to 3 parts soy sauce for 15 minutes.
Let meat drain well in strainer. Lay on racks in your food dehydrator, being careful not to overlap them.
Leave all vents open. Dry in dehydrator for 2 to 3 days. Store in airtight container.
