1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Provolone cheese
1 jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce (or your brand)
Fry ground beef and onion. Drain. Pour into casserole. Slice zucchini long way. 1/4" strips. Do not peel.
Cover with spaghetti sauce, cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
