Amy's Quick Red Velvet Cake


1 white cake mix
2 bottles red food coloring
enough water added to the red food color to equal 1/3 cup
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream


Mix oil, water and food coloring with the cake mix. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each. Add sour cream last. Beat well. Bake in a preheated 350° oven in greased pans for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before icing!
