Breakfast Pizza
1 tube Pillsbury cresent rolls
1 cup pizza sauce
6 eggs (scrambled)
1 lb. sausage (browned like ground beef)
1 small onion (diced)
1 small bell pepper (diced)
6-8 mushrooms (sliced)
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Spray a cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray. Press cresent rolls together in the pan. Brown the sausage with pepper and onions and drain VERY well. Mix with scrambled eggs. Preheat oven to 400°. Bake the cresent dough about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sauce. Add egg and sausage mixture. Top with mushrooms, then cheeses. Bake about 15 more minutes or until add cheese is melted and edges of pizza are golden brown. Serve hot.
