Polish Sausage and Potato Casserole


1 pkg. Polish Sausage, cut in chunks
32 oz. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 1/4 cups milk
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Pepper, to taste


Combine sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in a well buttered crock pot. Stir to mix. Whisk together soup and milk. Pour over ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours. Stir once or twice during the day, if possible.
