Low Fat Hawaiian Pizza


4 small pitas
1 small jar lowfat spaghetti sauce
1 small onion (sliced in rings)
1 small bell pepper (in slivers)
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drained well)
1 pkg. 97% fat free Bryan Red Pepper Ham
1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese


Spread pitas with sauce. Add cheese, then top with other ingredients. Bake at 400° until all is bubbly and pita is golden brown.
