Broccoli & Cauliflower Au Gratin
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup carrots
1 onion (diced)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can skim evaporated milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Steam vegetables until tender (except onion). Layer 1/2 of vegetables in a baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese, flour, onion and garlic on this layer. Add remaining vegetables. Repeat layers. Pour milk over all. Bake in a preheated 350° oven about 30 minutes.
