Garlic Mashed Potatoes
6-8 potatoes
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup fat free butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsely flakes
skim milk to thin to desire consistency
Boil potatoes. Drain. Beat with a mixer. Add sour cream, butter and spices. Add salt to taste. Add milk if necessary to thin. Sprinkle top with a little more parsley for decoration.
