Low Fat Macaroni and Cheese


3 cups elbow macaroni or shells (cooked)
1 lb. Healthy Choice cheese (like Velveeta, cubed)
1 cup skim milk


Add cheese and milk to cooked pasta. Microwave on medium until cheese is melted. Stir often. Add more milk if desired.
