Low Fat Poppy Seed Chicken
6 chicken breasts (boiled and deboned)
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 can low fat Cream of Chicken soup
2 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1 onion (diced)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup low fat cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Enough low fat marg. to coat crumbs
Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Mix sour cream with soup. Whip until
smooth; add worchestershire sauce and spices, except poppy seeds. In a
baking dish, cover bottom with chicken. Add a layer of onions. Cover with
some soup mixture. Repeat layers until all is used. Mix crumbs with just
enough fat free butter to coat them well. Sprinkle on top of chicken. Add
poppy seeds. Bake at 400 degrees until brown and bubbly.
