Porcupine Balls
2 lb. very lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 cup dry Minute rice
1 small onion (diced VERY fine)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 can tomato soup
2 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients except soup and worchestershire sacue. Mix well. Form into balls. Place in crockpot. Dilute soup with 1/2 a can of water and add worchestershire sauce. Pour over meat balls. Cook on low about 4 hours. You can bake them in the oven if you wish. 400° for 1-1 1/2 hours.
