Low Fat Swedish Meatballs
2 lb. VERY lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion (slivered)
1 bell pepper (slivered)
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar substitute
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
Mix garlic, worchestershire sauce and Mrs. Dash into ground beef. Form into balls. In a large saucepan 3/4 full with water, add onions and peppers. Bring to a boil. Drop meatballs in. Simmer until done. Add remaining ingredients (all of which can be more or less depending on your taste.) Simmer 20 minutes. Use a small amount of cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken. Serve over rice or noodles.
