Tuna Salad
4 cans tuna (packed in water)
1/4 cup celery (diced fine)
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 to 1/2 cup fat free Miracle Whip
1/4 cup onion (diced, optional)
2 Tbsp. worchstershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
Flake tuna apart and add all ingredients. Mix well. Serve well-chilled in a bed of chopped lettuce, on sandwiches or in pitas. NOTE: Chicken may be substituted for tuna.
