Pizza Dough
9-11 oz. water
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
4 cups bread flour
2 tsp. yeast
All ingredients should be room temperature. Put in bread machine in order listed. Set machine on dough cycle. When finished, take out and divide in half. Roll on a countertop sprinkled with cornmeal. Place on a baking stone or pizza pan and pre bake at 400°F about 10 minutes before topping with desired toppings.
Note: I also add about a few cloves of fresh garlic, pressed and about 2 tsp. (more if I'm feeling sassy!) Italian seasoning to the dough for some kick.
