4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup light bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Lipton Fiesta Herb with Red Pepper mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Spray chicken with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. Mix crumbs, Lipton mix and spices. Dredge chicken through it until well coated. Spray again with ICBINB Spray. Bake in a preheated 350° oven until tender and crispy.
