In 1693 Thomas Collier sold the Morgan
Plantation on York River, inherited from his brother, Isaac Collyer, Jr.,
to Dudley Diggs,
gent., of Warwick Co VA. Thomas left will dated 25 Oct 1704, proved
24 Feb 1705
York Parish, York Co VA; will names wife, Mary Collier, daughter, Mary
Collier and
sister, Sarah Whitaker

4. Abraham, willed 200 acres by his father, died unmarried before 1704
5. Sarah was willed 700 acres
by her father. She md 1) William Whitaker (d bef 1711); she
md 2) James Dowling whose will dated 1719 mentions wife, Sarah and brother,
Charles
Collier. There is a deed dated 24 Feb 1705 of William Whitaker "of
Warwick Co VA,
gent, and Sarah, his wife, dau of Isaac Collier late of York Co VA, gent,
dec" which con-
veys the land in New Pocoson given to said Sarah by her father's will,
and formerly
obtained from Samuel Snignall and Elizabeth, his wife, the only dau and
heiress of Capt.
William Hay. By 1711, only Charles and Sarah survived, when Charles
Collier and Judith,
his wife, and William Whitaker and Sarah, his wife, sold the land which
had been devised
by Isaac Collyer, Sr., to all his children
