Ok, I admit it...perhaps moving to another state and leaving the state that your two adorable kids are in, for a woman, isn't the smartest thing to do, but then again, I never claimed to be smart. (This is Carrie here....this is only what I know of it..nothing more...) I moved to Michigan to be with Kim, the "love of my life", who I loved dearly. We met on AOL, corresponded, and I believed it was a love thing through and through. Wrong! After we had been together for a while, and I had given her all my money (she doesn't work...get's to upset to work so the state pays her to stay home all day), she suddenly decides, when I don't have a job, that she can't "handle me being there", and basically kicks me out with nothing. That's how I ended up at the Rescue Mission (in a roundabout way). Her father was kind enough to give me 20 dollars, and I proceeded to hitchike from Michigan to Texas, where my dear, sweet, loving friend, Carrie, offered to give me a room (her husband agreed to it, too). Well, I got as far as Tennessee/Georgia, and was stupid. I called Kim (against Carrie's wishes, though Carrie said I should do whatever felt right, but then again, I'm a guy, so what do I know?) and of course she was suffering from guilt attacks. She didn't know where I was (I didn't tell her and wouldn't let Carrie tell her), and was worried. So I was stupid and believed her when she said she wanted to try again. So I hitchhiked all the way back up to Michigan, right where I started, only to be told to go to a homeless shelter or something, because she wasn't sure if she "could handle me being there", which is a bunch of bull (this is Carrie speaking). She just wanted her conscience cleared, and to be able to keep me where she knew I was, even though since I've been here (over a month..almost 2 months) she hasn't said word one to me, made any attempt to contact me or anything. I shoulda just kept on going to Texas where I would have a great job by now working with Carrie's hubby, a roof over my head, and no freezing snow or rain (we have rain, but that's about it here in Texas at the moment, and it's not cold!). Well, that's it for now....we'll add to it if we want to do so later.
