Let's
sit back and chat for a while.
A number of people have asked me why I chat on the net. Well, that's a good question. I've run into my share of those that are at best emotionally immature, and at worst in need of psychological counseling. But putting that aside, it's always interesting chatting with complete strangers. You never really know who or what you'll run into. I guess it's that bit of uncertainty that beckons me, the allure of the unknown. One of my favorite authors is Lewis Carroll. And if he were to describe the internet, I think he would have called it "Wonderland". A world much like our own but with it's own subtle differences, a mirrored image as it were. Life viewed through the "looking glass", where the impossible is probable, and the probable is common place. So, nibble on the tea cake that says "eat me", or munch on the magic mushroom growing by the hookah smoking caterpiller and follow me down the rabbit hole. Together let's see what adventures we might find... |
