I, Paul Wilcoxson, was born, July 9, 1947, in Bruceton, Tennessee and grew up in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. I graduated from Lawrence County High School in 1965 and entered the U. S. Army in 1966. I was baptized while in Okinawa in June 1968. After my discharge from the Army, I entered David Lipscomb College and graduated June 1974 with a B. A. Degree in Bible and Greek. After doing mission work in Canada for 10 years, I entered Harding University Graduate School of Religion in September 1985 and graduated May 1987 with an M. A. R. Degree in Counseling. I have been preaching for 36 years and served congregations in Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia and St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada; Pittsburgh, PA;Cumberland, MD; DeQuincy, LA; San Marcos, CA; and Jena, LA. I was married, March 14, 1975, to the former Catherine Kenney, of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Catherine and I have been married 31 years. We have two children, Jennifer Boyle, age 28, married to Michael Boyle, with two children, Logan, age 4 and Ethan, age 2; and Christopher, age 24, married to the former Kayla Dooley, with no children. My children and their spouses are faithful Christians involved in the Lord's church.
