JRR has done an outstanding job with his first litter...giving us our first multiple "homebred" specialty winner!!! and 4 Champions. Thank you JRR for such a lovely gift. JRR also WON his National Veteran Class in Kansas, OH my, it's so hard to believe that time marches on sooooo fast! JRR (we call him Junior) is a truly beautiful dog with excellent structure & color...he still manages to catch my breath watching him chase squirrels in the "South 40". JRR adores children and attention...so please feel free to drop by at the shows and visit with him. He continues to show his best when surrounded by tons of children, noise and chaos! No quiet retirement for him, thank you :-)

JRR is a homebred champion and finished from the Bred-By Class (shown above with his Breeder/Owner/Handler Steve Williams). JRR finished quickly at just a little over 10 months of age. JRR and his siblings did very well at the KFCS 1997 specialty with a large entry while still babes of only 6 months. Garnering BOSw, WB, RWD, 1st Brood Bitch, and 1st Stud Dog. One of our biggest thrills was his Award of Merit at Westminster. He has inherited his father's very gentleness with a "touch" of his mother's energy and mischief...making him a very well-rounded Keeshond. He is prone to "deep thoughts" and sometimes while I watch him ponder some question of the universe will call him my "Poet".
