Meringues


1 Cup Sugar

White of 2 Eggs

½ tsp Vinegar

½ tsp Vanilla Essence

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, gradually add sugar and beat till very stiff, add vinegar and vanilla and beat slowly. Put in teaspoonfuls onto a tray lined with paper. Bake at 130ºC for approx. 45 min. Leave in oven until cool. Put together with whipped cream.
