Nanny Rose's Fudge Slice


5 oz Butter

1 heaped tbsp Cocoa

Pinch Salt

1 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1½ pkts Wine Biscuits

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Sultanas (optional)

Beat eggs, put into a pot, butter, sugar, cocoa, salt, eggs and stir slowly til boiled. Add roughly crushed biscuits & essence. Mix well and flatten into a greased swiss roll tin. Ice with chocolate icing. Refrigerate.
