I will live each day with courage and a belief in myself and others.

I will live by the values of integrity, freedom of choice and love of all God's people.

I will seek God constantly and understand my way to Him.

I will treasure my family in an effort to build healthy, loving relationships
in which we allow each other to become our best selves.

I will make an effort to Climb the Mountain today, for tomorrow may be too late.

I will maintain a positive attitude and a sense of humor in everything I do;
I'll go through life with a smile on my face and a twinkle in my eye.

I will be renewed by my own personal victories and triumphs no matter how small.

I will continue to make my own choices and to live with the consequences,
as I've always done, no longer making excuses or blaming others.

I will strive to live and let live, to learn and teach, to give and receive,
to love and be loved, to understand and to be understood.

I will achieve a position of respect and knowledge to utilize that position to help
