Found a book on New Amsterdam which actually had maps of the town and lo and b hold showed the lots labeled with his name, that Jan owned (2). Copied the maps and went to the very streets which still exist and the very blocks. One block is now one hi-rise, but it was so exciting to walk the very steets that our ances. walked.
