I made this dress for my daughter this spring using McCalls 9285. The piping came from clothworld. It is yellow and white checked. I am very pleased with the dress. I had to sew the skirt to the bodice by hand (hand work is not my favorite) first and then by machine. I also used that wash away basting tape to help insert the piping.
