(The Blue Silk Was Teresa's Idea)
We present this site to inform and entertain, as well as keep family and friends up to date on our activities. Here you'll find out a little about us, our interests and lifestyle. We've also provided some very informative and interesting links to some of our favorite other sites, as well as some we think are just plain good to know about.
Sit back and enjoy. We try to keep the information updated, but hey what can we say, sometimes things just get disconnected. If any of our links do not connect, please send us an e-mail. Come back regularly - we're always updating.

Just look at that face!
Noah
(a.k.a. "Goober")
In short - Both of us are native Virginians, from the Tidewater Area. In fact, we were even born in the same hospital; although two years and a little more than eight months apart. (Can you guess who is older?)
Teresa is one of those fortunate people who gets to celebrate her birthday on St. Patrick's Day (March 17th). If you're visiting around that time, please send her a message wishing her a happy birthday.
Chowpi is also a native Virginian, although not born in the same hospital we were. She's not really a Eurasier, even though there is such a breed that looks just like her. She's a mix between a Chow and a German Shepherd; thus she's a Chowpherd, hence her name. She was found on the streets of Ocean View (part of Norfolk). We rescued her from the SPCA when she was about ten weeks old. Besides, calling her a Eurasier is better than "Pound Puppy", or "Mutt".
Pay Chowpi a visit in The Pawlor.
Goober is a native
Houstonian, found on the side of the road next to a cow field as an
approximately three month old puppy and rescued on a rainy day by Teresa. He’s a mix between an American Staffordshire Terrier and
something else, of which has given him webbed feet. He looks nice in his permanent tuxedo.
Pay Noah a visit in Goober's Domain.
We moved to Houston, TX in 1995. Our interests include work, travel, golf, skiing (snow and water), the arts, gardening, computers, etc., etc. For more:

Our Church - Champion Forest Baptist Church
Pay a visit. Meet the Pastor's and staff of CFBC. Look at the programs of the church and see what God is doing and has in His plan for the North side of Houston in the future. Both of us are active inCertain Call, the Drama Ministry of CFBC. Here we have the pleasure of working with a wonderful and committed group of people who have a love and desire to reach out in today's society and show that there is an alternative to a secular life. Certain Call provides at least semi-annual full-scale productions, as well as regular sketches designed to introduce the Pastor's sermons on Sunday mornings. "For without Him, we can do nothing"

Stupid Signs and Things
Sign just before EVERY bridge in Houston: ......."WATCH FOR ICE"........Now what politician dreamed this one up for Houston taxpayers to pay for? Kind of makes you want to take your lounge chair and cooler out and sit for a while.
Sign just before entering our neighborhood:......."Model visitors please park in parking lot".......Just exactly where are the radical visitors supposed to park?
Label on prescription drugs issued for Chowpi......."Give one pill twice daily"........Now tell me how you do this one!
Signs along the highways in New Mexico:......"DO NOT THROW LITTER"........So we just set ours down - (Not)
Signs all across America in Neighborhoods.........."SLOW CHILDREN PLAYING"..........Can somebody please tell us where the Fast or Normal Children are playing?
If you come across any of these types of things that just somehow don't seem to fit, or make sense, please
