KAREN'S FAMILY VACATION
THE FROSLIDS GO CAMPING...
Camping has always been a very important part of the Froslid lifestyle. In August, for the first time in many years, the Froslids went camping again. This time, Sally and Ken stayed in a motel while Karen and Jim stayed in the tent. Here we are at the campsite enjoying breakfast and a hot game of Yahtzee.
VISITING DEVILS LAKE...
Thirty years ago Ken wrote an article for Time Magazine on the upsurge of camping in America. As part of his research he visited Devils Lake in Wisconsin. The family revisited the park and Ken and Sally had a chance to see how things had changed over time. Jim and Karen (and even Sally!) did some kayaking on the lake.
