PROTECTING OUR YOUTH MEMBERS

Scouts Canada - Saskatchewan Provincial Council screen all their volunteers. Every adult NEW to Scouting will undergo the entire screening process.

The new procedure consists of three parts:

1) Introductory interview
2) Three reference checks
3) Police Record Checks (P.R.C.'s)

A minimum of a Police Record Check will be required for any adult (camp helpers, drivers, craft helpers etc) that could be left alone with youth.
