This site is dedicated to the many Francis families in America. Each page will feature a particular branch of the Francis family, for example, my own branch which descended from John and Jane Francis of Washington County, Tennessee. A brief genealogical description of the ancestral family will be given, followed by a list of email addresses of individuals doing research on that particular family.

In August, 2000 I began printing a quarterly newsletter on the Francis Family. The primary focus of the newsletter is the family which descended from John and Jane Francis of Washington County, Tennessee. But each quarter I also include a section on other branches of the Francis Family in America.
